Just got a new plan from Verizon called 5G Start with an over 55 discount . The monthly bill for 3 phones(me,wife and yes a 39 year daughter) and an ipad . The plan is unlimited data,talk and text. Old plan $234 per month, new plan $162 per month . If you have Verizon and are happy with the service give Verizon a call . Hope you will save some money .

That sounds very expensive. If you have Xfinity Internet service, you can get incredibly inexpensive cell phone service that uses the
Verizon network. I pay $13.50 per month for unlimited calls and texts and up to 1gb of mobile data. I have never exceeded the 1gb data limit because I am usually connected to wifi when I am using data. I would suggest that you evaluate your mobile data usage, and if it is low, I think you can get a much cheaper service from another provider. Unlimited data is only worth paying for when you use a lot of data.
