My experience in the bubble, if you have grey hair, one can pretty much go anywhere.
If one wants highlights and lowlights, and doesn’t have grey hair, good results are hard to find.
Phage gone to 8 different salons and still looking for someone since 2010

That said when we fly north I get my non grey hair done by my stylist.
