That number was averaging 270.

With 210 being set aside for all specs I guess they R gearing for the winter rush

It looks like sales of resales have already picked up. Just checked pre-owned patio villas. Of the 39 patio villas listed, 24 are shown as "PENDING."

The biggest jump was in Gilchrist...14 yesterday...39 today.
