Crystal

The Villages Florida

I have seen these "crystals" hanging from trees on the golf cart paths along Buena Vista and El Camino Real. There are about a half dozen of them! Can anyone shine some light on them?

It's "shed some light" as anyone with a flashlight can "shine" a light on them.
