Default Recommendations for New Countertops

I would like to replace my laminate countertops with new ones. I know granite is very popular. I would appreciate any advise from your experience and who you would recommend to do the job. Thank you.

I replaced my countertops with quartz. Beautiful, and colors from light to dark. I ordered mine from Home Depot.

If you want to do the counter tops inexpensively, use HD Laminate. Google - Wilsonart HD Laminate for the types.

I had mine done in Italian Marble and it's looks beautiful.

A friend of mine just used Doc's restorations, 352-753-0056
located in Summerfield.

In our remodeled homes we had granite, corian, and finally Quartz. Quartz is the very best in my opinion. I hear good things about Wildwood kitchen and bath.

That's a first because I don't recall ever seeing anything positive about WK&B on TOTV. Central FL K&B also does all modes of countertops.

Granite. You can say your countertop is thousands and thousands years old.

It makes me feel younger, every time I look at it.

After a lot of research I went with Quartz and used Duncan Stone which was highly recommended on this site. Extremely happy with both Quartz and Duncan Stone.

We used ARS in Fruitland Park and are still very happy with them 2 years later. They are a family run business. Quality workmanship all the way... And they do it all - including installing and hooking up new sinks and faucets if you want them. They were on time, respectful and talented workers. Will choose them again when we redo the bathroom shower in our master next year.

What's the feeling about Doc's Restoration? We are just in the questioning phase.

We used granite, as we have used previously. We prefer the more natural look. We used Gil's Granite and More in Bellview. Nice job on granite, but he could really use a project manager!
