Good morning,

Lowes and Home Depot do not cut boards less than 12".

thank you!

I may be able to help you, I have a band saw and power hand saw, no table saw, so depending on how you need the boards cut, let me know. Also you would need to bring the boards to me.

Assuming that your final cut dimensions are 'close' and NOT exact, I can cut your wood, my point is that the saw blade is 1/16 to 1/8 wide, so the cut in half pieces would be 1/32 to 1/16 inch smaller than you state.

Find the center of the board (put a straight edge from corner to corner and mark a line near the center (use tape if you don't want to mark up the board), then do the same this the other way. Assuming the board is square, put a piece of printer paper against the edge and mark the center on the paper and then move the paper to the top of the board and mark it there. If you center the blade to cut on the line it should be pretty close to even.

Home Depot has a place in the store that you can use to cut what ever you need. They have different saw and measuring tape. I use it all the time

I can do it for you. I'm in Stonecrest and I have a table saw. However, I cannot guarantee EXACT dimensions, but should be within 1/32 - 1/16 of an inch.

The Villages Woodworkers Club, has a shop on Rolling Acres, and will cut the wood for you.

The DIY saw at HD (or Lowes) is not adequate for a rip cut; which is what the OP is describing.
I have table saw and chop saws.
Let me know if I can help.
