Default Daily TOV email

It’s been a couple of weeks since receiving the daily email from TOV.

I have asked for help by contacting “support” and by sending a private message to a TOV Specialist. I have not heard back on each of those attempts.

I have also “re-subscribed” using the forum’s online form even though I had not changed any of my previous settings.

So what’s next ? How do I correct this issue ?

If any moderators are monitoring, I would welcome to receive your assistance.

Edit : And no, it’s not going to the spam/trash folder.

What does the daily email contain? New post information? If you’re going to get on TOTV on a daily basis anyhow do you need the email? You can simply get on TOTV and at the top click on forum and click on Today’s posts and walla?

I'll say what others are thinking. The OP has a problem he wants solved. Your comment tells him it is not a problem and says he shouldn't want or need the daily email. He wants it. Do you have a suggestion for how he can get a reply from the moderator or get his daily email restored?

Thank you for your over simplistic approach but that does not solve the problem nor does it answer my question.

The email provides some of the highlights and that’s what I’m after.

I am not on the main feed of TOV daily nor do I want to be.

So if you have any suggestions on how to address my question, please try again .

My problem at this point is that I have been unable to get anyone in the TOV administration to answer my attempts to reach them.

Thank you.

This issue of not receiving the daily email cropped up over the past couple of weeks for unknown reasons.

Perhaps it’s a technical issue they are working on ?

Is it possible it went to your spam box even thought it was not going there before? If you resubscribed that is about all you can do. I know the site has seemed to be glitchy lately.

Thanks for the thought but no, it is not going to spam or trash.
