Default Del Mar Dr

I've found a home that backs up to Del Mar Dr. Is this a very busy road? We were there and drove down it but we were all over so my memory escapes me as to this particular area. Thanks for your help

This is a very busy street. If you don't worry about noise- it won't be a problem. But- traffic is heavy especially peak hours for SNOWFLAKES!

Very busy from Rio Grande to Spanish Springs but south of Rio Grande not so much. A lot of people use Del Mar to get into Spanish Springs Town Square. In fact, they recently put a stop sign at the Del Mar and Rio Grande intersection to control all the traffic.

Not as busy as Rio Grande or Morse. Gate at Avendia Central isn't occupied - no visitor traffic from Spanish Springs.

Visitors can use the gate. All they need to do is either push the button or pull up close enough and the gate will open.
