Boomerbaby is correct, it's the cosmetics store Ulta.com, if you want to see one now, they have a store in Ocala in the same shopping plaza as Dick's Sporting Goods on rte 200 west of I-95.

The HomeGoods store and a new Marshalls store are opening next to the Bealls store that is just north of Bone Fish Grill and Olive Garden off CR466.

The restaurant you might be thinking of is Texas Roadhouse - to be situated on an outparcel of Sam's Club 441/27 - their application is shown by Lady Lake as 'under review.

Hoping it gets approved and they offer their Thurs nite AUCE baby backs! Yum!

Steinmart and Ulta Cosmetics are going beside Kohls and Home Goods is going beside Bealls Dept. Store off 466 near County Road 101.

In front of steinmart between McDonald's and tire kingdom was told a mattress store is going in there but right in front of dollar tree and in kohls parking lot there is a building going up but don't know what is going in. Texas Roadhouse is supposed to go in next to city hall and near SAMs club. Curious minds want to know.

I was just in the Verizon Wireless store off of 441, and he mentioned to me that they are moving into a freestanding building next to Kohl's, that is being built. So I think that might be your answer.
