The electric cooktop is 30" and the model number is G7CE3034X. Hope that helps.
Thanks so much. You answered my concern and I still want the built-ins, so will just go with the flow and get the best that I can from what they offer. In the future at some point I will swap them out if I am not satisfied. But hopefully that will not be the case! Appreciate your prompt response! My meeting is just 3 days away!!! I am so excited!

Just reading this post & was wondering if u could say what the credit was for standard appliances. I also noticed u didn't mention range/wall oven. Did u opt out of that? Who connected the appliances u got fom Lowes & how much did that cost?
Thanks,
Karin

Karin:

Completed design this past w/end; pricing the credit for the appliance package we chose (stainless look, free standing oven, French door fridge wi bottom freezer) against best rxact match out there: $5800 credit; $4100 pre-sales tax and any delivery charges at Home Depot.

I wonder, since u had your design meeting, can u shed any light on what credits they will give. I understand u have to take their microwave, right? We want the 30" wall oven and cooktop, just a double door stainless fridge but counter depth (found a frigidaire at lowes for $1349) I don't think whirlpool even makes one, & a decent dishwasher. We are also in Gilchrist and our design mtg is April 9th. What model did u build.

Thanks,
Karin

Hi George,
How did your design appt go? Ours is April 9th. We are building an Iris in Gilchrist. We need a counter depth refrigerator (unless they would be willing to bring the cabinet out above a regular fridge to make it look "built-in"). Stainless, a 30" wall oven & cook top. (Wish they would build in micro over wall oven.) decent dishwasher... Since they use whirlpool appl I understand, I think the counter depth fridge is not made or very expensive. I found a Frigidaire for $1349 at Lowes. So can u guess what credit I would get? Then I would have to connect them with an electrician....
Thanks for your reply,
Karin

One downside of counter depth refrigerators is the small interior space available. Better check the CF before you buy. Looks great if you can live with a small refrigerator.
