I am not employed by the Morses and they didn't give us our house.

I don't know where you could find this information. There are many "parts" to the Developer's operation and more than one corporation too. The total number of employees would be in the hundreds for sure. If you count the sub-contractors into the thousands.

I know that GMS ( the golf management company) has just over 1,000, and the developer maintains about 2,500. I'm not sure if that includes community watch and gate personnel.
