Default Directions to Market fo Marion

Can anyone help with directions to Market of Marion. If anyone knows the address - I would love to have it. Are there only certain days that it is open?
Will I be able to find twin beds there? I know it is about 5 miles north on 441 but I dont know what to look for and am afraid I will not find it.

It is on the left as you head north, you can't miss it as that is where all the cars are turning. Here is a link:

Go North on 441 from TV. After leaving TV area near Walmart, your next traffic light will be for Del Webb South, a mile or so later you come a traffic light at to CR 42 (Left to Pedro/Right to Weirsdale). Continue straight through that light on 441 North. The next light (maybe 2 miles) is for Sunset Harbor Road. Straight through that light. Next light (maybe another 2 miles) is Del Webb Spruce Creek Retirement Community on your right. Continue straight through that light. The next light (maybe 1/2 a mile) is the new CR 484 shortcut to I-75. Continue straight through that light and Market of Marion will be on your left approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile north of that traffic light. It is fairly well marked. If you get to the town of Belleview, you missed it. Turn around and come back south.

4 miles north of the farthest north end of The Villages on the right.
Friday - Sunday only.

The left turn line was SOOOO long, we intentionally went past it and made a u-turn (as did lots of others) to make a right turn in - which had no waiting.

It's HUGE, I didn't see any furniture at all but there could be some.
I doubt it.

You might find them at Bargains and Treasures! Close to intersection of 301 and 466, past the high school and just past the train tracks.

Annie,

I have never seen beds at the Market of Marion other then at the auction that they have on Sundays where they auction off households. If you do find beds at the auction they may be in pretty rough condition.

I agree that Bargains and treasures or Sams Club may be your best bet for twin beds. However, Markets of Marion is a fun place to visit and has quite a variety of new and used items.

Thanks to all,
I was unsure whether it was a flea market (I will look elsewhere for matresses - something about matresses and even just the word "flea"...)

Gracie Girl - We went to Bargains and Treasures on your recomendation back in January and we managed to find a few 'treasures" for our new house. We will try there again when we arrive in a few days. Back in January we were not looking for twin matresses, so I don't remember seeing any at Bargains and Treasures.

Looking forward to leaving the cold, cold north (I have had it with winter)

I bought twin beds and headboards at Bargains & Treasures in December. They usually have some in stock. However, January to March is the busiest time of year at B & T .. (and of course, everywhere else!) I usually try to do my furniture shopping there in the Fall.

Annie.

With Bargains and Treasures you have to keep checking daily. They told me they get in approximately 9 households a day. (I was shocked)! You never know from day to day what you will find there.

Glad your getting out of the cold, cruel weather, it has been beautiful here!

Was at Markets of Marrion today... and they ABSOLUTELY had bedding advertised FOR SALE this weekend FRI SAT and Sunday...I think it was in Wing A South. What a zoo to get in and out of today with all the crowds!

Not sure if this helps with what you are looking for but you may also want to try the Webster Flea Market on Mondays. It is located about 30 minutes south of The Villages in Webster and is larger than the Market of Marion. Get there early and do not go on a Monday that is a holiday.
