Default Dishwasher Part?

Found this at the bottom of my builder installed Whirlpool dishwasher after running a cycle last night. It is not from any of the items that were loaded for washing so I am assuming it came off of the dishwasher itself's interior.

Any idea what it is or where it goes? Thanks in advance.

This looks like the hook I have seen on some pots and pans.

Here is a link to a supplier that I have found useful in the past. You can enter your appliance make and model#, the website will then display parts

Winner, winner...sort of. It was the hook from a BBQ grilling tool that I had washed in there last week. Didn't notice it on the bottom of the machine nor that it was missing from the handle. But you jogged my brain enough to figure it out. Yay.

You can download a manual / parts list if you do not have one. I wouldn't contact anyone if it is not a part of the appliance.
