Can you PM me with a link to that? I find that kind of stuff amazing.

I’ve directed Blue Bloods, Vampire Diaries, The Flash, The Originals, YOU, and many more and certainly wouldn’t consider myself famous.

Not looking for joke answers. A serious question.

The Villages is a middle class upscale trailer park. No one that has real money or fame would ever live here.

I think you’re thinking of the Villages from 1980s.
I know many residents whose net worth is in the 7 and 8 figures.
Even some with a B in front of their net worth.
Retirement is the great equalizer - no asks “what do you do” and no one is wearing a customer made suit.

A ‘7’ figure net worth is not impressive anymore. One can sell an average home in the Northeast and acquire that kind of ‘wealth’.
As far as a ‘B’ in front of their net worth....the only ones that could be assumed correctly to be in that rarified air....in TV, are the Morse siblings

And they would have to liquidate a vast majority, if not all, of their holdings to have access to that amount of capital. Kinda like being house rich and cash poor but on steroids.

Grew up in the LA area. Spent a lot of time in the marinas and at Catalina. Knew many folks in the entertainment industry. Some big names some small. For the most part, unless they were at some event, they preferred to go about their business like every one else. Just normal people who happen to have great jobs.

But, IMO most can’t afford same home in retirement in NE for that? Why they escape to other states, then want to change the state they moved from to one they left . IMO inherited money don’t make you famous just lucky.

True. Some are very lucky, indeed.

Mike Pinera from the Blues Image bought a home here. I spoke with them briefly after a concert at the Savannah Center or someplace and he said he bought a house here
