When people start converting their street legal carts to regular carts then we will have to really be careful, because the converted carts will no longer be able to use the highway.

I just about lost a kneecap the other day. It sure taught me a lesson right quick. When ever you are in your golf cart, the body parts you want to keep need to stay INSIDE your golf cart.
