Do you have to be a resident to go see shows at the Savannah Center or Church on the Square, eat at country clubs, or visit a rec center? We will be heading down next week and staying at our daughter's house (convenient right?) in Lady Lake until our home in Sanibel is completed. Can't wait to be there and start getting the lay of the land!

Shows at the Savannah Center are open to the public, but non-TVers pay slightly more for most shows. All country club restaurants are open to the public. Church on the Square in open to the public. Rec Center visits - more "iffy". You are supposed to have a resident ID card to get into the Rec Center but they are pretty reasonable so if all you want to do is look around the building, see the facilities, etc., they usually cooperate. If you try to play games or swim of use their computers, they are supposed to ask for your TV ID card.

Ok so if you buy a lot you are not allowed to use the facilities until they finish building the house??? Is that because the amenities fee hasn't kicked in yet??
Just wondering,
