Default Do you know of someone who will resize coolaroos?

I found the name of someone who will resize blinds and then I lost his number. I think it is an individual not a company who does this. We have several coolaroo blinds and after having our lanai enclosed the openings are different sizes. Were hoping to find someone to cut them down. I called a couple of the blind stores and they said if you purchased them there they would. Any ideas?

You could call Lowe's or Home Depot and ask for their installer's name.

IF (big if) they will give it to you, I bet he would be glad to do it.

We had our Lanai enclosed and were able to reuse our Cool-la-Roos. Went back to Lowes, where we purchased them and the same installer came back and reinstalled them. They were an inside mount originally. Very reasonable in price also. The installer made them work. Only one was wider than necessary, but it works. Did not want to lose over $!K in cost of blinds.

Looking for someone to cut down the blinds as the sizes we have now are too long. Did this person cut the blind for you?

We did not have to alter the length since that never changed after the remodel. You can ask him about it, but to take care of the length for now is to not lower them all the way.
Just to take a quick look, just take off the end caps at the bottom of your blind and slide it forward to take a look at how they are structured. Might be able to do the cut yourself.
