Default Do you nap?

Just wondering cause you all are sooooo busy!

I am up north and played 2hrs of Pickleball Monday night, had 2 hrs of Pickleball on Tues morning and then 2 hrs of Pickleball Tues night. Yesterday I was pooped!!! Long story why so much in a short time.

We also stop and rest while we are there cause we get sooo tired from all of the activities and we are only in our 50's! I saw a video where a man said he played 2hrs of Pickleball in the am and 2hrs in the pm every day!!!!

Soooo do you nap?

I work out at the gym for 2-3 hours, five days a week and I try to take a nap everyday. sometimes my schedule doesn't allow it, but usually I am able to nap most days.

We definitely take naps and sleep in when we feel like it! Life is grand!

No naps. They frown on it at work.

If you eat smartly and exercise, a nap is not necessarily normal.

It likely means you're not eating as smartly as you believe.

I consider a nap one of life's great pleasures. I especially love a cool spring or fall day with the window open and a gentle breeze.

Now you're talking! Or a hammock under a large, shady oak tree with cool, gentle breezes (it's a southern thing).

If I'm tired, I nap. If not, then keep going. Not every day is the same.

There are studies that show that short naps makes one more productive afterward, even in a work environment.

A nap, to me, is the most luxurious thing to do in retirement after working straight for 48 years. Every day, I snuggle up with my 2 schnauzers and we take a small power nap and then we're good to go all night dancing and partying with my gang of thugs...

I love naps. I call naps my guilty pleasure. There is always a million other things I should be doing but when you work full time, when else can you sneak in a nap except on the weekend?

So yes, I will take a nap when I have an opportunity. I don't have any problem sleeping later that evening either.
