You need more options, full time, part time(Maybe those who go somewhere for the summer), snowbirds, reverse snowbirds, and snow flakes. And households who have more than one category.

You are right, only 2 options isn't enough. We are "heat-birds", going away for the summertime, and a lot of traveling.

We r reverse snowbirds. We live in TV from June until December. Love it here!

Oh and we drive a Honda, a Toyota, a Yamaha and a snowblower. Peace out...
