Does anyone have a pool in a Courtyard Villa that is not on a corner lot. We are thinking about it and unsure if it would work. Would like to see one if at all possible. Thank you

My husband and I live in Lauren Villas in village of Charlotte. After looking for a Bonifay on a corner lot for months and months we decided to buy one on an outside lot and forget the pool. I then saw a pic of a small pool that might have worked. We called All Seasons Pool, and had them come by. They already had two designs when Stephen came. They had gotten a couple variances so we could build closer to the wall and had designed a 12x18 pool. Please PM me and we would love you to come over and see our pool. Right now we are only down for another week, but would love for you to see what a beautiful pool Stephen and All Seasons put in for us.

Go on Google Maps and "fly over" some of the courtyard villa neighborhoods. Our CYV neighborhood Jacaranda Villas in Pennecamp has 2 pools on interior lots.

I know its not like being there but may give you some ideas.
