Default Dog walkers

While picking up my mail today I was in earshot of one dogwalker walking her dog alongside the landscaping at the mailboxes, and saying to another male dogwalker...."Look at how poorly The Villages takes care of these bushes..." She had absolutely no idea that her dog - as well as others - peeing on the landscaping shortens the life of the plants, flowers, shrubs...

You would think that with all the grassy areas they could stay away from the landscaping. I love, love, love the animals. OR, let them do their business at their own home lawn.

Whatever happened to courtesy, sensibility, or just plain common sense??

Got mine.....however I do smell a bit of bait maybe from a bored participant.....if they know the history of the subject it is bait. If they don't they need to do a poop search.

This is the OP's opinion and should be noted.

OP, I'm afraid you are "fighting a losing poop battle.". Nobody posting on TOTV allows their dog to ruin the landscape around the pool/mailbox areas. You can search several prior Threads and absolutely it just does not happen by anybody's dog whose owner is posting on TOTV. Please search the prior Threads on this subject.

This is not a poop thread, it's a pee thread. Read for comprehension kiddies.

Patty, of course you know that your post will invariably lead to puns about the pee in Lake Sumter.

Interestingly enough, there's puppies peeing all over the place at Tamarind Grove mailbox park, but I don't see one yellowed bush, nor any pee spots on the lawn. And I can't figure that out, because I have to follow my dog around with a pitcher of water to keep his pee from killing the lawn at our house.

I see time and again people walking their dogs and then the dog go's on the lawn near the curb causing burn spots on someone's lawn .

I do kmow someone that puts small pcs. of burger meat with Exlax combined
along his curb. Claims the owners get the message real quick
