Driveway in my Patio Villa is only about 15 feet long. Guess I have no front yard.

Can you please explain what you mean by this? Are you talking about an easement? And if so, do you understand what an easement is?

Actually, it does seem similar to a few episodes of the old Andy Griffith Show and the happenings of Barny Fife and the other residents of Mayberry. Just try and visualize that entire scenario as well as how the phone call to the Sheriff would go.
That's funny!
of course the offending dog-walker would not be arrested, but if Barney came over from Sumpter SO with his ticket book it would make the biggest news ever on TOTV!

You can't stop someone from trespassing in this state unless you can prove you issued warning by a posted sign or written notice to the individual. The Antipoop League should put little no trespass signs on the curb....

Wow, you sure jumped in on that post FAST! I wrote it, posted it, waited a minute, thought about it, and deleted it because it was sarcastic. In that less than a 2 minute time period, you jumped on it!

Okay, just imagine a television show where someone lets a dog "go" in someone's yard. They get chased by the property owner who is waving a sheaf of "written notices" and is confronted by the red-faced and throbbing vein the the forehead Villager. Words fly, fists fly, one Villager drops over with a massive MI. Benson and Stabler take over the case. This is the premiere episode of "The Villages - Sh-t Happens".

You're not, you pay taxes on your property only. That strip is not your property.

If you have a SFH, look at your survey, there is 10-15 feet between your property line and the curb that you don't own, period.

56 posts and counting . This topic is endlessly controversial, just like roundabouts, Codys Restaurant and electric versus gas golfcarts!

There are now three things in life that are inevitable; death, taxes and recurring pooch poop/pee threads. Guess it's best if we just chill and stop to smell the.....

You would think that with all the grassy areas they could stay away from the landscaping. I love, love, love the animals. OR, let them do their business at their own home lawn.

Whatever happened to courtesy, sensibility, or just plain common sense??
It appears there are a lot of non dog owners that do not like dogs. I do not condone letting a dog pee or dump on anyones lawn but could we get some relief of not putting all dog lovers in the same category? I was searching on line and just wondering if anyone has tried any of these items. Amazon.com: dog urine lawn
If you have can you tell me the results or are these bad for dogs. I am trying to decide if I should move to TV or to an isolated place on earth to keep from upsetting others. There is a lot to like about TV.
