I love animals, but since I spend a substantial amount of money on my lawn to keep it looking nice, I prefer that owners of pets take their little critters elsewhere to do their business. I know they understand because they do not allow them to do their business in their own yards.
Funny... Our dog uses our yard multiple times daily and we don't seem to get those "brown spots"...

I guess we know how to take care of our lawn better than others...

Is that how this works? I mean there are some here who insist they know how to train their dog better than I, so I guess this is the same thing, right?

In that context you could say all the people without a little white cross in their gardens are God haters
I don't give a rat's pattootie one way or another about those crosses...

And it's quite easy to identify the "pet haters" on this board...

Thank you for being a rational human being...

I won't say I don't believe you, but I don't believe you...

By the way, the easement is NOT owned by TV. It is private property. The easement simply grants utility and essential service worker access to repair or service equipment. Dog walkers are tresspassers.
Sidewalks?

Have you seen people lose their everlovin' minds when a dog dares poop on the sidewalk in a Town Square?

It makes this thread pale in comparison...

I'm considering giving my pup some strong coffee in the morning to get things moving... I know it works for me!

Then again, the caffeine would probably have her bouncing off the walls!

We are not dog haters and have recently lost our dog.
Why can't folks have the dog poop on their own lawn and then go for walk.
We had a poop place in our backyard for our dog to poop.
I'd love to hear other people's thoughts on this.

For those who believe the easement is public property, my guess is that it will be ok for me to set up chairs, an umbrella maybe cooler and invite friends to sit with we in your “easement “

Two questions...

1: What's in the cooler?

2: Do you share?

Also remember that is not really your lawn that’s being pooped on. Your property line does not go all the way to street, your lot line is 12-15 feet back. So for the most part the pooper is using public property. So maybe you can call the police and complain that a dog pooped on public easement and the owner picked it up. I would love to hear their response.
It is NOT a public easement. If it were, i would be within my rights parking my golf cart there, having a picnic there, marching there with my political sign. It only allows utility workers access.
