By the way, the easement is NOT owned by TV. It is private property. The easement simply grants utility and essential service worker access to repair or service equipment. Dog walkers are tresspassers.

It is NOT a public easement. If it were, i would be within my rights parking my golf cart there, having a picnic there, marching there with my political sign. It only allows utility workers access.
