Had the Rialto closed before when it was the only theater in the Villages before the Fall of 2005?

We moved here just before they opened up the Old Mill Playhouse in the Fall of 2005.

I was wondering of this was a first for closing the theater due to hurricanes. Did this happen at the Rialto in 2004? How long has the Rialto been open?
