Default Hey neighbor--Edenville Path, St. James

We are located on lot #100 Edenville Path, St. James Village. We will be building hopefully before the end of 2011. Are their any neighbors out there? Here is some info on us. Gary (64), Annelle (61), 2 cavaliers--Clare and Chloe. I am a retired band director and my wife is retired from writing pension plans. I like golf and she is interested in movies and books. Looking forward to getting to know everyone in the area. We have friends who live in Buttonwood.

Hello to You!

My name is George, wife's name is Kathy.

Our home construction is to begin within a week. We will not be full-time residents (year round residents often call themselves frogs here bc they live here until they croak.) We will be frequent visitors bc we are a 3.5 HR drive south.

Gary, judging by the gregarious nature of your email, you will love St James. They already have a very active social network and a community club with officers in place. Zam Blau, the club president, has given permission to share her email address. She will welcome hearing from you! zam.lynder1123@gmail.com

Welcome to the 'hood.

Smile Hello to you

Hi Gary and Annelle,

We are lot #106 on Edenville Path and will be coming down to choose our home in July. We will be full itme residents after being born and raised in Ct.
Dennis (64) is a retired History teacher and I (Ann Marie (64) (retired licensed daycare provider) will be starting the building process sometime in July or early Aug. We have the closing on our current home in Ct. scheduled for July 18th. We are so excited about this move and can't wait to meet you and all of our new friends in St. James.

Default Hi there!

We will be one of your neighbors! We are closing next week on our home on Ashville Ave which is closeby.

My husband Norm and I (Gisele) are from Dracut MA and we fell in love with TV when we came down here on the Lifestyle program. We have been renting here in TV since May 1st as our home sold quickly and we found ourselves homeless. We loved watching the progress of watching our new home go up.

Welcome to the neighborhood and see you when you get down here.

Norm and Gisele

Default Hello folks

Hi Pa & Gigi,

We will be in TV sometime around July 21st. and will also be renting. Just like you, we will be homeless. I would like to know how your building is coming along and about how long until its finished. I have so many questions about this life changing experience. We rented from July thru Sept. and I'm beginning to think that I will need part or all of Oct. also. I would enjoy speaking with you through a PM if you wouldn't mind.

This is fantastic!! Getting to meet your neighbors and finding out a little about them before arriving. Sounds like it will be a friendly neighborhood with many great residents.

We have ours reserved on Berrington. Looks like a fun neighborhood! They all do, however!

Hi neighbors - We are Kevin and Linda and are building on Lot #8 Barksdale. We have just sold our home on Cape Cod and will be starting construction in August. We will be renting in the Villages while our home is being built hopefully closing sometime in November. My husband will continue to work for another 3 or 4 years while I will retire from the mortgage business. We have a soft coated wheaten terrier (Willie) who is looking forward to making friends at Doggie Doo Run Run. We can't wait to meet all our new neighbors.
