I live in the Patio Villas which has restrictions on what color and style can be applied. I am meeting with the Board on Wednesday. We were concerned about the driveway becoming slippery and the contractor suggested a spray that's applied which is (for lack of a better term) bits of concrete. I looked at a few driveways that were done like this and I have concerns. First of all the bits of concrete are sharp so you will not be able to walk barefoot. Secondly, will these bits of concrete break off under normal wear and tear?
