There are restrictions what you can park in you’re driveway in most districts

I must be in the minority but I Like the cars parked in the driveway. It gives a certain sense of security, a sense of comfort. That people are home, the houses are not vacant. Although that is not always the case but it often is. Like garbage day, you know people are home when they put out the garbage.

Some streets look so sterile, lonely, like no one is ever home. They are tidy, but who is even there to see it?

Two people next door with a truck and 3 cars in the driveway and a truck, car, golf cart in the garage. During the day, there was another truck in front of the house. It looked like a used car lot over there. I didn't like it since I couldn't see neighbor's flowers, which were infinitely prettier, but more because it looked so junkie. I didn't call to complain but evidently someone did because the trucks all disappeared and there is only one car in the driveway these days and they give me the suspicious eye.

Like with salt one can overdo it. One car in the driveway is reassuring to me, a fleet is a problem. Also, I like my neighbors so I’m glad they are home.

If that is the major difficulty she has in her life I pity her. We have to make a choice either the cart or the car can go in the garage. Maybe she could petition the villages to tear down my neighbors house and build me a bigger garage.

Wondering if this is a violation? Anyone know?

Some folks have more cars than there is space in the garage. As an example, 2 cars and 1 golf cart can not all fit in a two car garage.

Besides the 10"X10" area planked by the builder, we had more flooring installed in our attic. We even had wall to wall carpet installed in the attic (was carpet removed from my sister's home so was no cost to us; just the cost of the carpet layer's labor). We have plenty of attic space. Most of the space is accessible without having to crawl to get to it.

Have you read your deed restrictions?
