We have a subscription, need directions for closed capture feature. Yes we have a smart TV. Longmeire is working. Unable to have closed capture

We just click on the closed caption icon while watching a movie and turn it on.

We called them and they walked us through it. We turned it on permanently for all programs.

After you are in Netflix, click on a program you want to watch. On the left side choose the selection called, "Audio and Subtitles". Then under subtitles click on English (CC)
