Default Thanks to Veterans!

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Social Times thanks the veterans who have honored us by their service on behalf of all Americans.

You will never be forgotten. Hearing loss is the #1 disability of veterans.

If you know a veteran with hearing loss, please let them know about Deaf and Hard of Hearing Social Times.

The support group meets at 6 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month at Churchill Street Center.

The mission of this support group is to promote and increase the educational, economic, legal and social interests and needs of deaf and hard of hearing Villagers and to prompote awareness and understand of deaf culture among The Villages.

For information, please contact Louis Schwarz directly at 399-0711 or deafbowtie@yahoo.com

We are here to help!

A veteran is someone, who at one point in their life, wrote a blank checkpayable to the United States of America for an amount up to, and including, their life. That is beyond honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer remember that fact.
