Default Dry wall problems

I don't know if anybody in The Villages is affected by the foreign drywall problem, but this was in The New York Times today.

It's just rediculous that the Chinese can sell their inferior crap in the US. I know their labor costs are far less than here, but the quality of materials should not be any less.

Not to cause alarm but here is another investigation going at Ft. Bragg where 10 children have died since 2007 and and lived in homes provided to them by the military. Some of the kids had lived in homes built since 2005. The CPSC is conducting tests now on some of these homes now to see if Chinese drywall had been used when they were built and to try to determine why these kids have been dying.

Tony,
I was sure that I read that somewhere, searched POA, HOA and VCCD sites with no information to support what I said.
However, searched TOTV and found 57 threads with drywall. Have to agree with one poster (Gracie) that with everything being posted here at TOTV.....there has been no mention of anyone experiencing the Chinese Drywall.
