My husband and I are planning on becoming future Villagers and we are bringing our elderly mother with us-who has very different heating and cooling requirements then we do. Does anyone in the Villages have dual zone heating? If yes, was it installed during construction? Any help would be appreciated.

I think some of the bigger Premiers have dual zone heat/air.....no designers or below.

I have 3 zones of heating, and A/C It was the best thing I did. Ihe Villages Installed It during construction of my home. It was Installed by Munn's Heating, and Air conditioning
It has worked flawlessley for 13 years now.
