Hubby did the Senior games and in his packet there was a black armband type thing. It had a green insert that said "We're Lovin the Lifestyle" It had a thing on the end of it that almost looked like a stepper, but there wasn't any way to read it if it was. We both read through the packet and never saw any mention of it. Do you know what it is and how to use it??

If you squeeze the black insert, it lights up the green insert. A couple squeezes and the lights flash. We use it as a collar for our dog when walking after dark. I guess you could use it as an arm band when running also.
