Size of the crowd in that video doesn’t suggest revitalization.

Was just there last week. Concur, in desperate need of revitalization. No energy, few stores (except Chico's, which generally caters to mature women), etc.

IMHO, the entire "southwest desert / mission / rancho" theme is worn out and unappealing. I've never known The Villages to re-theme an entire Square or area, but if they were to, this would be the best starting point. Of course, that's MUCH easier said than done. There are dozens of neighborhoods sporting terra cotta colors and cactus design elements that would have to be re-done.

Perhaps they are waiting for the natural revitalization that tends to occur as older residents pass away and newer residents with younger families move into the more affordable areas and create new dynamics and energies. This happens in many areas of the country, but I do not know if it would happen here because of the incessant progressive march of newness southward in TV.

I need to practice my juggling to be competitive. I am planning to be a clown when I grow up, if that ever happens?
