we looked into Celebration years ago, maybe 25 years, but at the time we were residents of South Carolina and for some reason they were only selling homes to Floridians.

Was it as wonderful as it seemed back then....? We were and still are such lovers of Disney.

Possibly not because you moved to the Villages....

I would like to know....thanks

I remember it back in the beginning, we would of loved it but went to South Florida instead because of the residency thing.

Just a comment about the wonderful town of Celebration. We moved here to Florida in '98 and looked here and Celebration and I absolute feel head of heels with Celebration. But, of course over years (like any where else) changes took place, an adjustments are sometimes not what the people want. But, the 18 years gave us great living in this community. It's a GREAT place for families to raise children. The main reason we came to The Villages; was for the choices of activity centers and sports that are offer.
