Default Question: CPI

Right off: I am not too savvy about all this (how about pretty close to zero), BUT....

I was looking at the CPI Index Chart for last year and this year, and the figures seem pretty flat. They tell us that is why no SS raise this year.

Isn't our amenity fee based on CPI? Ours went up a little, no biggie, but was just wondering why. One year (2009), our fee actually went down. I was just curious as to why the fee didn't remain flat. Not complaining....just wondering.

Anybody?
