I remember Bill telling me about the second dog he rescued from a puppy mill which had many health issues.
He seemed to be a very compassionate man. He said he'd deal with the dog's health issues and take care of him.
I'm sad to hear the news.

Both his dogs have found wonderful homes and his last dog, Sheba, just got an A+ from the vet, so all is good.. we will miss Bill at the dog park.. he was a good person ..

I remember William. He had just adopted an older schnauzer when I last saw him... Which has been awhile back.
