Default Half-staff alterative

For anyone who cannot fly his or her flag at half-staff for any reason, there is an alternative. Mount a Black Mourning Ribbon from the top of the flagpole.

This ribbon is normally 2.75 inches wide and about 10 feet long. Half way from the ends are two grommets for attaching it to a pole.
