For those of you interested in seeing what a CDD district budget looks like, the following link will take you to the budget for CDD6. All of the districts south of 466 have posted their budgets (I see ranges from a reduction of 3% to an increase of 1%)

This maps to the CDD maintenance assessment that shows up on your property tax bill (whether you have paid off your bond or not). This pays for the maintenance of the infrastructure for your district (non-recreational facilities). Big ticket items are electricity, irrigation water, landscaping, management services, road reserve, and contribution to "project wide" reserves.
