Default Golf cart gas in Spanish Springs- Circle K on Buenos Aires?

Looking for the closest place to get gas for golf cart in Spanish Springs around El Camino Real…

The Villages GPS shows the Circle K on Buenos Aires is golf cart accessible, but it doesn’t show up as an option on the Villages App.

Is crossing Buenos Aires in a golf cart allowed?

Easiest is the ethanol free pumps at the SS Villages Golf Cart facility. Other options, go right at the four way golf cart intersection after going over the golf cart bridge into the historic section and follow path until it empties onto road that allows golf cart traffic and follow road to gas station. You can also take The Gate in the historic section (resident gate card required) and go to WaWa for either ethanol free or regular gas.

I use regular unleaded on mine. I've read, and talked to the tech at the golf cart store, and the general takeaway is that using regular unleaded can reduce your golf cart's life by as much as a year.

Considering that some golf carts can last over 15 years before they finally die, I'm okay with that. I plan on getting a new one before then anyway.

I once looked in the exact location that you are looking because the maps say there is a station but all I found was the The Village golf cart store pumps. You can’t cross the road.

No, you can NOT cross Buenos Aires in a golf cart to get to the Circle K on the corner. It appears as if the Villages GPS is reading for a CAR and not a Golf Cart.

In a golf cart, you have a few options to get to a gas station in that area. They are: The Villages golf cart store in La Plaza Grande, what used to be SHELL at the corner of Griffin & 441 (get to it by the historic area golf cart bridge and going past the new post office), WaWa in front of BJ's (get to it by the historic area golf cart bridge and going out the special gate on Paradise Dr just north of the Boone Ct entrance) and BJ's (using the same special gate).

Other than that, your only options north of 466 are the two stations off of Wedgewood in the Southern Trace shopping plaza or the one station off of Mulberry Ln in the Mulberry shopping plaza

There is a tunnel underneath El Camino. Other choices are around. You can go across bridge over 27/441 and go to WaWa and BJ's. You will need a gate access card to get in and get out of TV property.

No tunnel under 441 or under Buenos Aries. Can’t cross Buenos Aries. Only option go over golf cart bridge to other side Of 441 if don’t want buy high priced gas at villages golf cart.

IMO gas has nothing to do with it. It the oil and oil changes that make lawn mower engine last. Eventually they will become degraded regardless how religiously you maintain them. I have never worn any gasoline engine out where it stopped working.

I guess that also makes the Buenos Aires Professional Plaza (corner of El Camino and Buenos Aires) not reachable by golf carts as well.

Lawn mowers, tractors, motorcycles, motorscooters, and generators. Used regular gas for ages. Never had a fuel related problem.
Not to mention cars and golf carts.

Found this thread from 2007 that says you can. Is the speed limit on Buenos 30 mph ?

Golf Cart Crossing on Buenos Aires Blvd.

and this, might not be legal.
https://www.sumtercountyfl.gov/Agend..._5809_7511.pdf

Might have been legal for awhile but was later revoked?

getting around with golf carts

I know about the golf cart stores but there is a map or something that says there is an Irving/circle K right near the store near Spanish Springs.

The tunnel does not get you on the side of Buenos Aries that the gas station is on, and you cannot legally cross that street in a golf cart.
