Just wondering - can you get extra soffits installed on your roof without getting a whole new roof?

Soffits aren’t on your roof. They are under your eves/rafters. If you’re talking about roof vents, yes they can be installed on an existing roof.

OP, any competent roofer should be able to add the additional roof vents, your problem maybe matching your existing shingles. Now I have no idea how sticky ARC will get on this modification, but I would at a minimum call them.

Yes, good advice, When in doubt, check with ARC.
