Stopped at Red Sauce today after Golf. Place really looking good.

Minor complaint. In the men's room there was a signoff sheet for latest cleanliness inspection.

As I recall, there was room for a date and hour. While the room appeared clean, the last signoff was Sept 3. So, somebody felt that was a necessary sign, but no one felt it necessary for it to happen.

Sign of the times. No one feels that it is necessary to "Inspect" and sign, and no one responsible to insure it happens.

Reminds me of my first job in a restaurant. Owner/Boss told me first day that he would do all tasks, and he expected me to then do it to the same standard from then on. There was no question what the standard was. I can still see him mopping the floor around booths and him showing me how to clean corners separately.

Stopped going there abut 18 months ago. Cleanliness, quality of food, etc has all gone down hill lately. It used to be our #1 place to go, went twice a week.
My son and I joke with my wife, saying we are going there for all big events, she will not go there.
