Costco would be nice. But why eliminate other things. That others would like as well.

The stores you are talking about who are in the area are actually not located on property owned by the Developer. Also do believe their gross is under 25% by a considerable margin.

Whole Foods which is often called Empty wallet by people living where they are must have a gross well over 25%.

Have never seen a Costco which is not free standing. Can not imagine them leasing space for their biz.

One of their hypes is clean rest rooms. Wa Wa has good clean restrooms, great sandwiches and is less than 1 mile from my house.

According to Costco's latest SEC report gross margin is averaging about 11% for the last three years.
