Question Fenced Designer Model

I know this topic has had many discussions but I would like to ask the community if they are aware of something that I am not.
We currently live in a smaller designer model with a golf cart garage. After losing our dog of more that 12 years we recently adopted a medium-large (60 lbs), high energy dog whose main purpose in life is to run and play.
We've tried Doggie-Do-Run-Run, Mulberry Park, the Polo fields and have just come to the conclusion that we need another home with a FENCED yard.
We've looked at Fenney and that is not a choice for us. We've gone to open houses for courtyard villas and that doesn't seem to be a choice either. Someone said there are designer homes with fences on Nash Loop in Hemingway. And my question is: are there other neighborhoods like Nash Loop that have fenced yards? Thank you.

The fenced houses on Nash are ranches not designers. I think in Pine Ridge there are some designers with fences.

Sorry, didn't know they were ranches. But that's okay because the main feature is a fenced yard that is not a courtyard villa. Thank you so much.

Nash Loop is in TV of Hemingway which is a good location.

on the west side of moyer you'll find a couple of blocks of fensed designers (back of the pine hills pool). I don't know if any are up for resale

Might check for CYVs that are located on a corner lot or on the bend of a street. They will have larger yards. Have you thought about an “invisible fence”?

We have considered them. "Studies show that wireless dog fences fail for roughly 30% of dogs." Finding a CYV with a "larger" grass yard AND a 2-car garage AND one that meets husband's approval is sort of like a Christmas Wish List. We so love living here but wish there were more options. Re-homing the energetic dog is not one of them. Ha. Ha.

pine ridge has 2 streets with white fences, cottage homes. there is also a brown wooded fenced street around Webster st somewhere in that area. those are designers.

they are all off morse and 466 close to the new walmart,
around moyer loop area.

The new Chatham at Soulliere village (way up north by Mulberry) is selling a number CYVs with 2-car garages. Some are on larger lots.

Understand completely. We moved from our designer to a corner lot CYV for the exact reason, though a 1.5 garage (we are not stuff people so it works). It was well worth it to see the dog happy, running around. Spending all that money on the dog was worth it! Sadly, that particular dog passed away young but we now have another little fella who has freedom - life is good behind these walls.
