Default Fenny Homes With Gardens?

Attached is a Master Plan for the Village of Fenny. As is typical, the area is divided into units. Each unit has a number and is further divided by styles of homes - Villa, Cottage, Designer.

In the bottom center is Unit 9, Garden.

Could these be dwellings with gardens? Is there to be a new style of dwelling called Garden, or existing styles with gardens on the properties? Where would the gardens be positioned? What style of homes?

So many question! Any answers?

Oh, it's more fun to see things light up on TOTV

Anyway, I called the Sales Office and talked to Reese - presumably a sales rep. It went like this:
I don't know anything about that. Nothing has been released yet. Read the Daily Sun for all the latest announcements. A lot can change. Sales reps usually find out new stuff the day before it appears in the Daily Sun.

So ... let's carry on with some wild thoughts and/or rumors.

I suspect it is a new style of home, or a new name for an older model.

An Interesting find.

I looked at the 2/27/17 Wildwood City Commission agenda package (pgs 59-65) it and show "Unit 9" being submitted for approval. Not a Villa community because it shows that roads will be maintained by the city of Wildwood however, the drawings show the roadways in Unit 9 being lower in the middle and not crowned like a normal road and as shown in other Units. This lower in the middle design is how CYVs roads are built and is the reason the county doesn't own them and they are maintained by the CDD.

The county permitting web site doesn't list any permits for homes in this area yet so the plans aren't available to see what is going it.

Definitely one to watch to see what new they have in mind.

There are more units with the Garden designation in the area of Fenney which will be next to the Turnpike.

May not be so new, just for the Villages. A 55+ commnity north of Tampa has what they call Garden Villas. Two bedroom two bath units with a garden patio. These could be homes, condos or apartments, who knows. I'm sure they will make them their own style what ever they are.

Whatever style homes they are, it looks like they will be walled in like Villas.

champion6, Thank you for posting the master plan for the Village of Fenney. The article I saved from March 2016 from the web site that cannot be named said Fenney will have 3,000 homes when complete. At 3,000 homes will Fenney be the village with the greatest number of homes?

I am guessing that Garden is a new name for cottages and/or designers with privacy fences like TV built on Nash Loop in Hemingway, and currently are selling on a few streets in Pine Hills.
