We had comcast for about a year. We had internet and cable and were very happy with performance and service. We recently switched to centurylink-Prism for internet and TV. While service has seemed good, we have been disappointed in performance. We frequently get loss of audio and pixelation on the TV. The DVR has some problems with freezing and pixelation. At least once a week we lose our internet connection and have to reset our modem. We have a one year contract but will seriously consider changing back to comcast. Others may have a different experience. Note that we are north of 466A and Brighthouse is not an option.

Tryed it here in Hadley and it was horrible. Phone was good, internet very slow and TV was the worst signal I have ever seen most times. They could not fix it.

Thank you for the info. I went with Bright House. Hope it is as good as I've heard.
