Default CYV - New Owner Plans ...help, Cecil, help!

I close on a CYV into St. James on the 30th (yeah!).

1. Once moved in, I want to add a large hot tub (with LEDs and tiny waterfall) under a large birdcage (with colored Chinese lamps and a weatherproof flat screen)...any recommendation on businesses to contact?

2. The cement courtyards are uglier than sin. Opinion n...would it be possible to have a raised wood walkway with raised planters filled with flowers, native grasses and some herbs all lit up at night with soft blue green LEDS. Possible? Legal? If "yes," recommended contractors?

Cheers!

No. It's a big boat and an old guy with a beard is hanging around it trying to get pairs of animals to get on. Been a lot of rain.

Sorry. Couldn't help myself.

Is that all going in the front or the back? I'm think in the back would be okay, but I don't really know a think about it.

I actually think it sounds cool in a trippy sort of way.

Now that’s a dream come true, neighbors having a bird cages with a flat screen TV to share with the neighbors just over the wall. As far as herbs, you have had enough.

All in the back...and, yes - if the neighbors like...please hang out.

It can be done easy, the ARC is very simple just sketch out what you want to on a site plan and they will tell you if all is ok or what changes U need to do.

The spot U want to put, is there a window within 5'?

Is there bird cage now or do U need to build that also.

the tub sounds like you are putting above ground, so U really need to buy one and have it delivered.

Need an electrician, to run the 110 or 220 with gfi breaker and shut off at least 5' away, I just went thru this thing for a spa.

handles on bird cage need to be 54" hi, all other doors and windows going into the the area need a buzzer alarm system, cheap one from HD will do.

Let me know if U have any other questions.

I'm thinking a lava lamp might be a nice touch.

All good information...thanks!

BTW - before I put anything next to a neightbor's window...I'd want an OK...this is my property..but, a shared view and I respect the desires of those I live next to...assuming they are not 500 pounds of crazy.
