Default Fireworks display

The 4th of July is near and I was wondering if there are any fireworks displays near the villages. Have company coming and they want to see some fireworks

While it is a little over an hour away, we always love the fireworks displays at Disney, especially at Epcot.

And we find Leesburg does a great job too.

Nope. But if you go down Buena Vista to the uninhabited area you will have great views of nearby fireworks. There is huge expanses of clear, not yet built on area that allow you to see for miles. Big Sky!

Two or three television stations air the fireworks shows from the big cities. Unfortunately the orchestra music overrides the boom and bangs of the firework going off.

It is free and there is no traveling involved.

Thanks for you input. Does the local paper announce when the fireworks are being displayed? Can you park in the lots at Disney and see the fireworks without going into the park?

Nope and Yup!

(That is, I don't recall the Daily Sun ever giving a list of fireworks in nearby towns and yes, you can see Disney's fireworks displays from many vantage points near the Magic Kingdom.)

Would agree the fireworks at Disney are top-notch! Would expect LOTS of traffic though even if trying to view from outside the parks since many folks that live in and around the Orlando area probably will want to view them. I'd opt for a more local display.

When our kids were little we saw all of the fireworks at all of the Disney parks. Wanted to try something different. Won't go to disney. I figured it would be crowded and too late for the drive back.
