is this a villa neighborhood somewhere? New construction or resale? Do you know what village it is in? Or the price? Should be easy to answer if you can give more info.

You might want to try www.trulia.com for more information.
2685 Sandhill Court recently sold. Or try a Villages Real Estate agent at 1-800-346-4556. Or my agent, Debra Park, Cell phone 352-408-8800.

If you are talking about the Sandhill villas in the Village of Duval..... they are patio villas.
