Grits are only good if they are long cooking, to correct consistency, usually stone ground. I find most restaurants can’t properly make grits, since you can’t reheat, and usually use a quick grit mix. Flying Biscuit makes a ok grit, if you would like to try again.

From what I can make out from this thread, is all these years later, the Civil War rumbles on.
Plenty of time left to sort out differences of opinion. The war of the Roses in England lasted 32 years, and happened nearly 600 years ago, and Yorkshire and Lancashire still can't stand the sight each other! |
