I was asked and did not know the answer.............Can you fish the ponds in TV without a license?? The person asking mentioned water under 20 acres and on private property...don't need.

Look on website of the Villages freshwater fishing club. Certain ponds only are eligible to be fished... and NOT the ones on the golf courses. Same rules apply for all Florida fishing - you need a license unless you are over 65 - unless it is YOUR private property.
